CöLöRs offers ready to use UV ink which gives a matt effect, thus an additional process of matt spot varnishing can be eliminated. The quality and depthness achieved is incomparable and much higher than that delivered by conventional printing.
Substrates: Treated and Untreated PP and Treated PE.
Properties: These flame free solvent inks have good adhesion and abrasion resistance.

The recommended mesh is 90 to 120 threads/cm (230 threads/in to 305 threads/ in).
Squeegee
Recommended with this ink : single, double or triple durometer polyurethane blades with hardness between 85 and 75 shores.
Drying Time
1 to 3 min at ambient temperature.
Reducing Aid
Various diluents are available according the needed curing speed :
