S/s Fluorescent Uv.
S/s Fluorescent Uv. colours like other Union high-opacity inks are formulated for direct manual or machine printing on black and dark coloured cotton or cotton/polyester garments without printing a white underbase. Although for maximum opacity an underbase can be required.
CöLöRs S/s Fluorescent Uv. are smooth and creamy and easy to print. For detailed prints on dark garments, print on a hard pallet with a medium or hard, sharp squeegee. Where a thicker deposit of ink is required, print using a d/v-shaped squeegee.

Squeegee : Recommended with this ink : single, double or triple durometer polyurethane blades with hardness between 85 and 75 shores.
Reducing Aid : CMC-41031 UV Reducing Aid (approx 5-10%)
Curing Promoter : CMC-41033 UV Photo Initiator (approx 3-5%)
Adhesion Promoter : CMC-48936 UV Adhesion Additive (approx 1-2%)
Cleaning : CMC-41315 UV Wash.
Standard and Legislation’s :
Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
Storage: Store at moderate temperatures in a dry, well ventilated area and away from direct sunlight.
Pre-cautions : Use of gloves and eye wear is recommended.
Important Note : Strictly for over printing only. Cannot be overprinted.
Additional information : The information provided is based on extensive laboratory testing. Cure speeds depends on condition of UV lamps, reflectors, opacity and film thickness. We recommend that you pretest any ink prior to beginning a production run.
